THE DETAILS

How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.

Your showroom visit covers intended use, rider experience and equipment; we confirm suitability, local riding rules, age restrictions, training, specifications and purchase terms in writing before you ride away.

Your visit, step by step

  1. Before

Tell us what you have in mind when you book. We confirm by text with everything to know before you arrive.

  2. During

We meet you in person, explain each step as it happens and answer every question along the way.

  3. After

You leave with a written summary, pricing for anything we recommend and the next available dates. Nothing is booked until you decide.

Side-by-side planning

The trail-day build

Polaris RIDE COMMAND’s mapping and group-riding features are our practical reference for planning a shared trail day. We compare the intended terrain, seating and transport setup before choosing navigation and accessory options.

  • Vehicle width, passenger arrangements and local trail access
  • Trailer fit, storage and recovery-equipment discussion
  • Training, operating guidance and route checks

Good to know.

How long is the appointment?

Plan on about 60 minutes for your service appointment. We never rush, and there is always time for questions at the end.

What should I bring?

Your keys, your service records if you have them and a note of anything you have noticed. We take care of the rest.

Can I bring guests?

Of course. Tell us who is coming when you book and we make room for everyone.

Questions worth bringing.

  • What should I understand about the process and inclusions for accessories & servicing?
  • How will rider fit, experience, intended terrain and applicable age or use restrictions guide the discussion?
  • Which training resources, protective equipment, operating guidance and servicing commitments should I review?

Before you book.

Every booking starts with a visit. We walk you through everything in person and send a written summary with pricing and dates within two business days. Final details are confirmed when we confirm your date.
