How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
Your visit covers your child’s age, schedule, individual needs and availability; our license, staffing ratios, safeguarding and health policies and every fee are set out in writing before enrollment.
Your visit, step by step
- Before
Tell us who is coming and what matters most when you book. We hold the time for your settling-in visit and send a short note on parking and who will meet you.
- During
Your host walks you through in person, answers the practical questions and leaves time for you to look around on your own.
- After
Within two business days you have a written summary with pricing and availability. There is never pressure to decide on the day.
Know the names.
The makers, products and standards we reference when we talk about family settling-in support.
A gentle first chapter
The settling-in conversation maps arrivals, feeding communication, rest and the way a key adult gets to know a child. It makes everyday care concrete before a family chooses a schedule.
- Daily routine, family preferences and handover approach
- Licensing, ratios and health-policy questions for the visit
- An agreed communication plan during the transition
The handover, beautifully clear
On the family tour we show you a daily update, an upcoming activity and the billing view. Brightwheel shows how communication and administrative tools can sit together.
- What gets shared and who can access it
- Pick-up authorization and contact questions
- Extended-day changes and fee communication
Manufacturer and product names belong to their owners and link to official information. No affiliation or authorized-provider status is implied.
Good to know.
How long is the appointment?
Plan on about 45 minutes for your settling-in visit. We never rush, and there is always time for questions at the end.
What should I bring?
Your questions and anyone whose opinion matters to the decision. We take care of the rest.
Can I bring guests?
Yes, and we encourage it. Tell us who is coming when you book and we plan the visit around them.
Questions worth bringing.
- What should I understand about the process and inclusions for family settling-in support?
- What are the licensed age groups, staff-to-child ratios and staff qualifications for my child’s room?
- How are sleep, meals, allergies, safeguarding, family communication and additional fees handled?
Before you book.
Every booking starts with a visit. We walk you through everything in person and send a written summary with pricing and dates within two business days. Final details are confirmed when we confirm your date.
