THE DETAILS

How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.

Your club tour covers interests, eligibility, access and household arrangements; availability, initiation fees, dues, reservation policies and club rules are confirmed in writing before you join.

Your visit, step by step

  1. Before

Tell us what you have in mind when you book. We confirm by text with everything to know before you arrive.

  2. During

We meet you in person, explain each step as it happens and answer every question along the way.

  3. After

You leave with a written summary, pricing for anything we recommend and the next available dates. Nothing is booked until you decide.

Golf development

The measured practice session

Trackman’s club technology connects range tracking, simulators and coaching tools. A session starts with a simple playing goal, then uses a small number of understandable measurements to build a practice plan.

  • Coach, facility and technology access clarified
  • A baseline, a practice focus and a review appointment
  • Membership access versus separately charged instruction

Your first easy nine

An introductory visit combines a coach conversation, practice time and a discussion of on-course etiquette. We point you to the PGA coach directory so you can check who provides instruction, rather than relying on an anonymous academy label.

  • Experience, goals and equipment needs discussed
  • Lesson format and practice access in writing
  • Course booking and guest arrangements explained

Good to know.

How long is the appointment?

Plan on about 60 minutes for your lesson. We never rush, and there is always time for questions at the end.

What should I bring?

Your clubs, if you have them, and flat-soled shoes. If you are new to the game, we lend you a set for your first lesson.

Can I bring guests?

Of course. Tell us who is coming when you book and we make room for everyone.

Questions worth bringing.

  • What should I understand about the process and inclusions for golf instruction?
  • Which course, practice, dining and family privileges are included, and how do reservations and guest rules work?
  • What initiation fees, dues, minimum spending, assessments and exit terms should I confirm in writing?

Before you book.

Every booking starts with a visit. We walk you through everything in person and send a written summary with pricing and dates within two business days. Final details are confirmed when we confirm your date.
