How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
Our technician assesses the building, existing equipment, load and ductwork; equipment selection, installation scope and performance figures come from a load calculation for your home, not a rule of thumb.
Your project, step by step
- Before
We record your system, its make, model, age and condition, and agree a schedule of visits that suits your home.
- During
A technician arrives in the booked window, works through a written checklist and photographs anything worth watching.
- After
You receive the checklist and photos the same day and a reminder before every scheduled visit. Repairs are always quoted before any work begins.
Know the names.
The makers, products and standards we reference when we talk about maintenance planning.
The air-quality walkthrough
Broan-NuTone Overture is our reference for sensor-connected ventilation. We examine cooking exhaust, bathroom moisture and fresh-air pathways as one house-wide conversation.
- Separate filtration from outdoor-air ventilation
- Check exhaust discharge and air supply routes
- Create a filter and ventilation care calendar
Manufacturer and product names belong to their owners and link to official information. No affiliation or authorized-provider status is implied.
Good to know.
How long does the work take?
Most visits take about 60 minutes. We confirm the arrival window by text the day before and send the checklist when we finish.
Do you handle permits and engineering?
Routine visits rarely need either. When a repair or a replacement does, we pull the permit and book the inspection, and both are on the quote first.
What happens after the assessment?
You receive a written record of your system and a calendar of visits, and your first visit is booked before we leave.
Questions worth bringing.
- What should the site assessment and written scope establish for maintenance planning?
- How will load calculations, existing ductwork and electrical or fuel requirements guide equipment selection?
- Which installation work, verified equipment ratings, permits, commissioning and warranty terms are included?
Before you book.
Every project starts on site. You receive a written scope, a schedule and a price range before design begins, and nothing moves to contract until you approve it. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after your site assessment.
