How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
Your design assessment covers dimensions, vehicles, what you store, wall construction and how the space is used; we confirm load limits, fixings, surface preparation and a written installation scope before the first panel goes up.
Your project, step by step
- Before
We measure on site, talk through what you need and send a written quote with product options within two business days.
- During
Installation is booked in a window that suits you. Our crew protects your home, works cleanly and talks you through anything that changes on the day.
- After
We show you the finished work, hand over the care notes and any warranties, and stay a text away for anything that comes up.

LiftMaster
The 98022 opener mounts on the wall beside the door instead of the ceiling, which leaves the space overhead free for storage. Battery backup and Wi-Fi are built in.

Good to know.
How long does the work take?
Your written quote states the schedule for overhead storage. Most installs are finished in a day or two, and we confirm the arrival window by text the day before.
Do you handle permits and engineering?
Yes, whenever the work needs a permit. We pull it and book the inspection, and both are on your quote before anything is scheduled.
What happens after the assessment?
Within two business days you receive a written quote with product options and a schedule. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.
Questions worth bringing.
- What should the site assessment and written scope establish for overhead storage?
- How do vehicle clearances, stored-item weights and the existing walls or ceiling affect the layout?
- Which verified load limits, fixings, floor preparation and electrical work are included in the installation scope?
Before you book.
Every project starts on site. You receive a written scope, a schedule and a price range before design begins, and nothing moves to contract until you approve it. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after your site assessment.
