How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
Your clinician looks for the cause of hair change before any option is discussed, and is candid about evidence, risks and what each treatment can and cannot do for your diagnosis.
Your visit, step by step
- Before
We send a short health questionnaire with your confirmation. Arrive ten minutes early and bring a list of medications and any previous records.
- During
Your clinician reviews where you are against your plan, listens to what has changed and agrees the next step with you.
- After
You leave with written notes from the visit, a direct line for questions and, if you would like one, your next visit already booked.
Know the names.
The makers, products and standards we reference when we talk about post-procedure follow-up.
Know the tool behind the technique
Venus Concept lists robotic ARTAS iX and NeoGraft hair-restoration systems. Assistance describes instrumentation; it does not replace diagnosis, surgeon judgment or hairline design.
- Ask about the device indication and hair characteristics.
- Distinguish assisted harvesting from implantation.
- Request a physician-led plan for existing and transplanted hair.
Manufacturer and product names belong to their owners and link to official information. No affiliation or authorized-provider status is implied.
Good to know.
What happens at a visit?
Unhurried time with your care team. At your first visit we learn what matters to you and agree a plan together; after that, each visit reviews how things are going and the next step. Nothing changes in your plan without your agreement.
How do you measure progress?
We agree a few clear milestones at the start and review them with you at every visit, so progress is measured rather than guessed.
How do I prepare?
Bring your questions and anything you would like us to see, such as previous results or photographs. If a visit needs any preparation, we tell you when you book and again in your confirmation.
Questions worth bringing.
- What should an individual assessment clarify before I consider post-procedure follow-up?
- How will a clinician investigate the cause and pattern of my hair changes before discussing treatment?
- What evidence, limitations, ongoing care and donor-area considerations apply to the options discussed?
Before you book.
