How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
Your clinician reviews your health history, goals and findings before proposing care, and every medication, test and nutrition recommendation comes with its risks, alternatives and a review date.
Your visit, step by step
- Before
We send a short health questionnaire with your confirmation. Arrive ten minutes early and bring a list of medications and any previous records.
- During
Your clinician reviews where you are against your plan, listens to what has changed and agrees the next step with you.
- After
You leave with written notes from the visit, a direct line for questions and, if you would like one, your next visit already booked.

A fuller picture than body weight
InBody uses bioelectrical impedance to estimate body composition, including muscle, fat and water measures. Standardized measurement conditions and clinical interpretation matter when reviewing change.
- Discuss why a measurement is useful for your care.
- Compare trends under similar measurement conditions.
- Connect numbers with function, nutrition and wellbeing.

Good to know.
What happens at a visit?
Unhurried time with your care team. At your first visit we learn what matters to you and agree a plan together; after that, each visit reviews how things are going and the next step. Nothing changes in your plan without your agreement.
How do you measure progress?
We agree a few clear milestones at the start and review them with you at every visit, so progress is measured rather than guessed.
How do I prepare?
Bring your questions and anything you would like us to see, such as previous results or photographs. If a visit needs any preparation, we tell you when you book and again in your confirmation.
Questions worth bringing.
- What should an individual assessment clarify before I consider registered dietitian support?
- How will health history, existing medicines and personal goals inform the assessment?
- If medication is discussed, how will prescribing eligibility, side effects, monitoring and alternatives be reviewed?
Before you book.

“Registered dietitian support every two weeks is what made the difference. Sofia adjusts the plan instead of lecturing.”
