THE DETAILS

How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.

Your roof assessment covers condition, access, structure, ventilation and local code; we confirm scope, materials, permits, warranty terms and a written estimate before any work is scheduled.

Your project, step by step

  1. Before

We visit the site, measure, photograph and talk through what you want the work to do. You receive a written scope and a price range before anything is designed or ordered.

  2. During

A named project manager runs the schedule, handles permits and inspections and keeps you posted with photos at every milestone.

  3. After

We walk the finished work with you, hand over warranties and care notes and stay on call through the first season.

Know the names.

The name we often plan alongside tile roofing, linked to its maker’s own information and to where it sits on our menu.

VELUX

Solar-powered fresh-air skylights with a rain sensor that closes them automatically. Planned with a new roof, the flashing goes in with the roofing rather than after it.

Good to know.

How long does the work take?

It depends on scope. Your written proposal sets out the schedule for tile roofing, and your project manager keeps it current from the first day on site to the final walkthrough.

Do you handle permits and engineering?

Yes. Whenever the work needs them, we prepare the drawings, pull the permits and coordinate engineering and inspections, and your schedule shows every sign-off.

What happens after the assessment?

Within a few days you receive a written scope, a price range and a proposed schedule. Nothing moves to contract until you approve the plan.

Questions worth bringing.

  • What should the site assessment and written scope establish for tile roofing?
  • How will the contractor assess decking, flashing, ventilation and possible water-entry sources?
  • Which tear-off, disposal, permits, repair allowances and workmanship versus manufacturer warranties are specified?

Before you book.

Every project starts on site. You receive a written scope, a schedule and a price range before design begins, and nothing moves to contract until you approve it. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after your site assessment.
