A visit to the Pines Club is easiest to plan with the practical questions settled first: who is coming, what matters most and when you need to decide.
What to settle before you arrive.
Tell us who will be with you, the dates or budget you are working around and the questions you want answered in person. We prepare for the people in the room, and you leave with a written summary rather than a follow-up call.
- Who should come, and whose opinion matters to the decision?
- Which dates, sizes or budget figures should we confirm beforehand?
- What do we send in writing after the visit?
Put this perspective into practice.
