How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
Choose the lawn for an open-sky ceremony, the pavilion when you want the garden behind glass, or the chapel room for a candlelit one. Every ceremony space seats up to 180, includes chairs, sound and a rehearsal the day before, and has a covered alternative decided with you on the morning. A venue conversation covers guest count, dates, accessibility, weather plans and supplier arrangements. Capacity, availability, permits, inclusions and contract terms are confirmed in writing before you sign.

Good to know.
What if it rains?
Every booking includes a covered alternative, decided with you by noon on the day.
Can we hold the ceremony and reception here?
Yes. Most couples use the lawn for the ceremony and the main hall or terrace for the reception.
Do you include a rehearsal?
Yes, the day before, with your host present.
Questions worth bringing.
- What should I understand about the process and inclusions for ceremony spaces?
- How will guest capacity, accessibility, supplier access and a weather backup fit our event?
- Which hire hours, catering arrangements, cancellation terms and additional charges are in the venue agreement?
Before you book.
Every booking starts with a visit. We walk you through everything in person and send a written summary with pricing and dates within two business days. Final details are confirmed when we confirm your date.
“We toured the ceremony spaces on a Wednesday and booked our date that night. Maya answered every question by text within the hour.”
