How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
Tell us what makes visits difficult and we build the appointment around it: a quiet room, breaks whenever you raise a hand, noise-canceling headphones, and nitrous oxide or oral sedation when your dentist agrees it is right for you. We also combine treatment into fewer, longer visits so you come in less often. Your dentist examines your teeth and gums, takes any imaging needed and talks through the options; diagnosis and an itemized cost are confirmed at that visit.

- Long appointments
- A sensitive gag reflex
Your visit, step by step
- Before
A phone call or a chair-side chat about what helps, with nothing done at the first visit if you prefer.
- During
Headphones, breaks on request, numbing before anything else and sedation if planned.
- After
Rest if you were sedated, and a check-in call from the team the next day.

A crown, from scan to ceramic
CEREC connects a digital impression, restoration design and chairside manufacturing. Selected restorations can follow a single-visit workflow; complexity still determines the plan.
- See the scan and proposed restoration design.
- Understand when laboratory work remains appropriate.
- Ask how fit, contacts and bite are checked.

Good to know.
Can I have a visit where nothing is done?
Yes. Many anxious patients start with a conversation and a look around before any treatment is planned.
What sedation do you offer?
Nitrous oxide for mild nerves and oral sedation for longer treatment, both decided with your dentist after a health review.
Questions worth bringing.
- How can I explain previous dental experiences and specific anxiety triggers before the visit?
- What pacing, communication and comfort options can the team discuss for my circumstances?
- If sedation is considered, who assesses eligibility and explains monitoring, risks and aftercare requirements?
