How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
Your design visit reviews the existing room, the changes you want, site conditions and priorities; final scope, trade work, permits, lead times, selections and costs are set out in a written agreement before demolition day.
Your project, step by step
- Before
We visit the site, measure, photograph and talk through what you want the work to do. You receive a written scope and a price range before anything is designed or ordered.
- During
A named project manager runs the schedule, handles permits and inspections and keeps you posted with photos at every milestone.
- After
We walk the finished work with you, hand over warranties and care notes and stay on call through the first season.
Know the names.
The makers, products and standards we reference when we talk about custom cabinetry.
The kitchen that closes away
REVEGO pocket systems are our reference for concealing a coffee zone, working kitchen or pantry behind a composed wall of fronts.
- Plan appliances, ventilation and service access
- Test door clearances and the open-room workflow
- Coordinate the pocket mechanism with cabinet fabrication
Manufacturer and product names belong to their owners and link to official information. No affiliation or authorized-provider status is implied.
Good to know.
How long does the work take?
It depends on scope. Your written proposal sets out the schedule for custom cabinetry, and your project manager keeps it current from the first day on site to the final walkthrough.
Do you handle permits and engineering?
Yes. Whenever the work needs them, we prepare the drawings, pull the permits and coordinate engineering and inspections, and your schedule shows every sign-off.
What happens after the assessment?
Within a few days you receive a written scope, a price range and a proposed schedule. Nothing moves to contract until you approve the plan.
Questions worth bringing.
- What should the site assessment and written scope establish for custom cabinetry?
- How will measurements, plumbing, electrical work and any structural changes shape the room layout?
- Which selections, allowances, waterproofing details, permits and change-order steps are documented before work starts?
Before you book.
Every project starts on site. You receive a written scope, a schedule and a price range before design begins, and nothing moves to contract until you approve it. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after your site assessment.
“Custom cabinetry built to the inch for an awkward 1950s kitchen. The install crew left each day with the floor swept.”
