How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
For failing teeth or loose dentures, we plan a full arch on four to six implants and fit a provisional bridge on the day of surgery, so you never go without teeth. The final, hand-finished bridge follows after healing, and we stage the whole journey across four to five visits. Your dentist examines your teeth and gums, takes any imaging needed and talks through the options; diagnosis and an itemized cost are confirmed at that visit.

Your visit, step by step
- Before
A 3D scan, photographs and a design visit where we plan the shape and shade of your new teeth.
- During

- After
A week of rest and soft foods, regular reviews and your final bridge fitted after healing.

An implant is a care pathway
An implant consultation should connect missing-tooth goals with bone and gum assessment, healing, the final restoration and long-term care. The implant brand is one part of that decision.
- Separate surgical placement from the restorative phase.
- Discuss staged care and possible grafting assessment.
- Ask who coordinates maintenance and complication review.

Good to know.
Will I leave without teeth?
No. A provisional bridge is fitted on the day of surgery.
Is sedation available?
Yes. Full-arch surgery is usually done under intravenous sedation with a dedicated anesthesiologist.
How do I care for it?
Brush as normal, use a water flosser daily and see the hygienist every six months.
Questions worth bringing.
- How will a specialist assess remaining teeth, supporting tissues and alternatives before discussing full-arch care?
- What is provisional versus final in the proposed restoration, and what can change during treatment?
- How will surgery, maintenance, possible complications and long-term repair costs be explained?
