We photograph your nose from every angle and simulate the change on screen, so you and your surgeon agree on the goal before the operation is booked. Surgery takes two to three hours, the splint comes off at a week and the refined shape emerges over the first few months.

Your visit, step by step
- Before
3D imaging at your consultation, a surgical plan and a pre-operative visit for instructions.
- During
Two to three hours under general anesthesia, with internal incisions where possible.
- After
A splint for a week, no glasses on the bridge for six weeks and exercise again at three weeks.

The three-dimensional consultation
VECTRA captures three-dimensional face and body images for planning and consultation previews. A 3D preview is a communication aid, with a different status from a predicted result.
- Discuss proportion from several views.
- Ask which anatomical limits a preview cannot communicate.
- Keep the consent conversation separate from the preview.

Can you fix breathing at the same time?
Yes. Your surgeon corrects a deviated septum or valve collapse during the same operation when it is indicated.
When will I see the final shape?
Most swelling is gone at three months; the tip keeps refining for up to a year.
