Every booking includes a host who knows the property, and our planning package adds supplier coordination, a detailed timeline and a coordinator on the day. Approved photographers, florists and bands know the rooms, the light and the load-in, which is why the day runs on time. A venue conversation covers guest count, dates, accessibility, weather plans and supplier arrangements. Capacity, availability, permits, inclusions and contract terms are confirmed in writing before you sign.

Book the planning package when you confirm your date.

Do we have to use your suppliers?
No. The approved list is a recommendation; outside suppliers are welcome with insurance.
What does day-of coordination include?
