How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
We use biostimulators where skin has lost its scaffolding: temples, cheeks, jawline and the backs of hands. The product works with your own collagen, so the change arrives gradually over six to twelve weeks, and most clients plan two to three sessions.
- Volume loss
- Skin laxity
- Hands
Your visit, step by step
- Before
Hydrate well, pause blood-thinning supplements if your clinician agrees and allow 45 minutes.
- During
Your clinician maps the areas and places the product in a fan pattern beneath the skin, with massage to spread it evenly.
- After
Massage the area for five minutes, five times a day, for five days; your review is booked at six weeks.

A lift with a different mechanism
Ultherapy PRIME uses focused ultrasound with imaging for its labeled nonsurgical lifting and wrinkle indications. A consultation separates laxity from volume loss and surface texture.
- Understand the area-specific indication.
- Ask what imaging contributes to the treatment plan.
- Compare ultrasound with surgery and the option of no procedure.

Good to know.
How is this different from filler?
Filler adds volume on the day; a biostimulator asks your skin to build its own over months. Many plans combine both.
When will I see a change?
Early fullness from the water in the product fades within days; the lasting change builds from six weeks and keeps improving for several months.
Questions worth bringing.
- How would a clinician decide whether a biostimulatory product is appropriate for my goals?
- What does the evidence show for the specific product, and which risks or delayed effects should I understand?
- How do treatment planning, follow-up and reversibility differ from other injectable options?
