The cheek-smoothness conversation

SKINVIVE by JUVÉDERM is an intradermal hyaluronic-acid injectable indicated to improve cheek smoothness in adults over 21. Its brief is different from changing facial volume or relaxing movement.

  1. 01

Ask about the exact approved treatment area and suitability.

  2. 02

Distinguish injectable treatment from topical hydration.

  3. 03

Discuss bruising, swelling and the vascular risks of facial injections.

IDEAS WITH SOMETHING BEHIND THEM

On the horizon.
In the details.

A few things worth understanding before your next conversation with Luma Aesthetics.

Researched developments, read for you by your RevNock editor.
THE DEVELOPMENT

Skin quality gets its own brief

Product-specific cheek smoothness is a different clinical aim from structural volume.

SKINVIVE by JUVÉDERM: indication and safety
WHAT THIS CHANGES

We publish a skin-quality versus filler comparison, each with its own consultation route.

THE DEVELOPMENT

The technology name is only the beginning

Light, fractional lasers and focused ultrasound work through different mechanisms.

Merz: Ultherapy PRIME
WHAT THIS CHANGES

We show a mechanism, treatment-area and recovery board before any device directory.

THE DEVELOPMENT

RF needs a more informed conversation

The FDA has reported serious complications with certain RF microneedling uses; it also distinguishes cleared needling uses from unreviewed product combinations.

WHAT THIS CHANGES

We keep credentials, product pairing and procedure-specific risks visible alongside the aesthetic story.

Homepage hierarchy and mobile booking path

    Jordan Lee, UX designer

    Before
The first screen mixed the explanation, offer and booking action into one dense block.
    After
Built a clearer headline, an explanatory comparison section and a single mobile booking action in Luma Aesthetics’ visual style.
  2. DeliveredOct 8 · 80 min · Newsletter

A newsletter people can use before they book

    Riley Brooks, campaign strategist

    Before
The email opening led with a generic promotion and gave every audience the same next step.
    After
Reworked the subject and opening, separated the educational section from the offer, and wrote one clear booking invitation for the selected audience.
  3. Awaiting reviewOct 9 · 90 min · Campaigns

Original campaign artwork, made for the channel

Casey Morgan, brand & print designer

    Before
The campaign brief had no image hierarchy or clear relationship between its artwork and message.
    After
Composed a headline, supporting image and booking panel; specified email and message crops with readable type at phone size.
  4. DeliveredOct 13 · 75 min · Reporting

A report that connects activity to the business

    Avery Lane, revenue analyst

    Before
The reporting brief mixed lead counts, booked sales and collected cash into one headline number.
    After
Separated inquiry, booked, showed and won stages; laid out channel contribution, direct costs, cash receipts and margin as distinct measures.

One example month within an agreed delivery scope. Hours vary by plan; third-party tools and media spend are authorized separately.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A few things
you might be wondering.

Clear answers make a good beginning. Anything else: call or text (813) 555-0142.

What happens at a first consultation?

Your clinician reviews your skin, health history and goals, photographs your face in our planning light and talks through the options that fit, including doing nothing. Most first visits take 45 minutes, and treatment can follow on the same day when it is appropriate.

Do you offer financing or memberships?

Yes. Financing is available at 0% for 12 months on approved credit, and our skin membership spreads a year of care across monthly payments with priority booking and member pricing.

How far ahead should I book?

Injectables usually have openings within the week; laser and series treatments book two to three weeks ahead. Join the waitlist and we text you when an earlier time opens.

What is your change policy?

Free changes up to 24 hours before; a $50 deposit holds your time and is applied to your visit.

Where do I park?

Free parking is behind the building, with an accessible space beside the door. Arrive a few minutes early and the lounge is yours.

Can I have treatment at my first visit?

Yes, when your clinician confirms suitability at the consultation and your schedule allows. We book the consultation and treatment back to back so a single visit is enough.
