How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
Our assessment reviews structure, available space, access needs and the applicable codes; engineering, permits, inspections, load limits and installation specifications are reviewed by a licensed engineer before we commit to a date.
Your project, step by step
- Before
We measure on site, talk through what you need and send a written quote with product options within two business days.
- During
Installation is booked in a window that suits you. Our crew protects your home, works cleanly and talks you through anything that changes on the day.
- After
We show you the finished work, hand over the care notes and any warranties, and stay a text away for anything that comes up.
Know the names.
The makers, products and standards we reference when we talk about cabin & finish design.
The panoramic centerpiece
Vuelift combines a clear cab with an integrated hoistway, creating a distinct architectural option. The room, landings and chosen model determine whether it belongs in the plan.
- Compare glass and acrylic model choices
- Review pit, overhead and landing access
- Coordinate the frame color and surrounding architecture
The tailored traditional cab
Residential Elevators’ Luxury Lift traction platform and Savaria Eclipse are our two machine-roomless references. Our specialist compares drive systems, hoistway dimensions and finish options with you.
- Reserve shaft, pit and overhead dimensions early
- Coordinate door and gate clearances
- Confirm emergency lowering, communications and service access
Manufacturer and product names belong to their owners and link to official information. No affiliation or authorized-provider status is implied.
Good to know.
How long does the work take?
Your written quote states the schedule for cabin & finish design. Most installs are finished in a day or two, and we confirm the arrival window by text the day before.
Do you handle permits and engineering?
Yes, whenever the work needs a permit. We pull it and book the inspection, and both are on your quote before anything is scheduled.
What happens after the assessment?
Within two business days you receive a written quote with product options and a schedule. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.
Questions worth bringing.
- What should the site assessment and written scope establish for cabin & finish design?
- How do available space, structural requirements, user needs and applicable codes affect the lift options?
- Which engineering, permits, inspections, emergency arrangements and ongoing service costs are included?
Before you book.
Every project starts on site. You receive a written scope, a schedule and a price range before design begins, and nothing moves to contract until you approve it. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after your site assessment.
