How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
Our assessment reviews structure, available space, access needs and the applicable codes; engineering, permits, inspections, load limits and installation specifications are reviewed by a licensed engineer before we commit to a date.
Your project, step by step

Good to know.
How long does the work take?
The design meeting itself takes about 60 minutes. If it leads to work, your written summary includes a schedule for each option.
Do you handle permits and engineering?
Yes. When the work that follows needs a permit or an engineer’s sign-off, we prepare the drawings, pull the permits and book the inspections.
What happens after the assessment?
Within two business days you receive a written summary with photos, your options and a price range for each. Nothing is scheduled until you decide.
Questions worth bringing.
- What should the site assessment and written scope establish for new-build coordination?
- How do available space, structural requirements, user needs and applicable codes affect the lift options?
- Which engineering, permits, inspections, emergency arrangements and ongoing service costs are included?
Before you book.
Every project starts on site. You receive a written scope, a schedule and a price range before design begins, and nothing moves to contract until you approve it. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after your site assessment.
