Every piece is inspected under magnification before and after work, and nothing leaves the building. Simple resizing and plating are ready within five business days, and clients collect their jewelry cleaned, checked and polished. A design conversation covers intended use, budget, stone preferences and timeline. Material descriptions, grading reports, sourcing, prices and warranty terms are confirmed in writing before a piece is made.

The heirloom, reimagined
We start with an assessment of the existing piece and the parts of the story that must survive. Digital design tools help us visualize a new setting, while our jeweler separately determines which stones and materials can be reused.
