A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON ENGAGEMENT RINGS & CUSTOM JEWELRY

Something rare.
Something very you.

Engagement rings, wedding bands and custom pieces designed with you at the bench and made in our own workshop. Stones come with their reports, prices are written down and nothing is made until you have approved the design.

The stone comparison appointment

We compare stones in consistent lighting with their documents beside them. GIA’s report descriptions distinguish identification, treatments and origin opinions; its updated D-to-Z laboratory-grown assessment uses different terminology from natural-diamond grading.

  1. 01

Natural or laboratory-grown identity stated explicitly

  2. 02

  3. 03

THE VALE FINE JEWELRY POINT OF VIEW

A low-set emerald cut that fits a daily routine. A sapphire chosen in daylight. A grandmother’s gold reconsidered without losing its meaning. We bring the loupe, the sketch and the hands that make it into the story, alongside the finished jewel.

Get curious about the details. Understand what makes one approach different from another. And leave with a next step that feels like yours.

THE DEVELOPMENT

Report language is changing

GIA introduced descriptive Premium and Standard assessments for D-to-Z laboratory-grown diamonds in October 2025.

GIA laboratory-grown assessment update
WHAT THIS CHANGES

We use the language on the actual current report, label older examples by date and never present different labs’ systems as interchangeable.

THE DEVELOPMENT

The client can join the design review

CounterSketch supports real-time changes in a shared 3D design workspace.

Stuller CounterSketch customization
WHAT THIS CHANGES

We hold a design appointment that compares setting height, band width and stone proportions, with a saved approval record.

THE DEVELOPMENT

Documentation is part of the jewel

Gemstone reports can describe identity and detected treatments; an origin opinion is a separate report feature where available.

GIA gemstone report descriptions
WHAT THIS CHANGES

We show a document checklist beside every stone and distinguish a report from an appraisal or a sourcing guarantee.

Homepage hierarchy and mobile booking path

    Jordan Lee, UX designer

    Before
The first screen mixed the explanation, offer and booking action into one dense block.
    After
Built a clearer headline, an explanatory comparison section and a single mobile booking action in Vale Fine Jewelry’s visual style.
  2. DeliveredOct 8 · 80 min · Newsletter

A newsletter people can use before they book

    Riley Brooks, campaign strategist

    Before
The email opening led with a generic promotion and gave every audience the same next step.
    After
Reworked the subject and opening, separated the educational section from the offer, and wrote one clear booking invitation for the selected audience.
  3. Awaiting reviewOct 9 · 90 min · Campaigns

Original campaign artwork, made for the channel

Casey Morgan, brand & print designer

    Before
The campaign brief had no image hierarchy or clear relationship between its artwork and message.
    After
Composed a headline, supporting image and booking panel; specified email and message crops with readable type at phone size.
  4. DeliveredOct 13 · 75 min · Reporting

A report that connects activity to the business

    Avery Lane, revenue analyst

    Before
The reporting brief mixed lead counts, booked sales and collected cash into one headline number.
    After
Separated inquiry, booked, showed and won stages; laid out channel contribution, direct costs, cash receipts and margin as distinct measures.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A few things
you might be wondering.

Clear answers make a good beginning. Anything else: call or text (813) 555-0184.

How does custom design work?

A design visit, sketches and a CAD render within a week, a wax model you can try on, then casting and setting in our workshop. Most pieces are ready in six to eight weeks.

Do you sell lab-grown diamonds?

Yes. We source both natural and lab-grown diamonds, each with an independent laboratory report, and show them side by side so you decide with the stones in front of you.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Financing is available at 0% for 12 months on approved credit, and layaway with a 20% deposit over six months.

What is your deposit policy?

Custom work begins with a $350 design deposit, credited to your piece; the balance is due at collection. In-stock pieces can be exchanged within 30 days.

Can you redesign a family piece?

Yes. We assess the stones and metal at a design visit, give you a written note on what can be reused and design around what matters most.

Do you resize and repair?

Yes, in our own workshop. Most resizing is ready in five business days, and every piece is cleaned and checked before it goes back on your hand.
