How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
Bring your operative notes and photographs and we take a full hour to examine the result, explain what happened and set out the options, including leaving well alone. Revision surgery is planned only when your surgeon believes it will improve things, and we tell you plainly when it will not.
- Breast revision
- Rhinoplasty revision
- Scar concerns
Your visit, step by step
- Before
Send your operative notes, implant cards and photographs ahead of the visit.
- During
A full hour of examination and discussion with your surgeon.
- After
A written opinion and, if surgery is advised, a staged plan and quote.
Know the names.
The makers, products and standards we reference at a revision consultation.
The three-dimensional consultation
VECTRA captures three-dimensional face and body images for planning and consultation previews. A 3D preview is a communication aid, with a different status from a predicted result.
- Discuss proportion from several views.
- Ask which anatomical limits a preview cannot communicate.
- Keep the consent conversation separate from the preview.
Beyond implant size
MENTOR MemoryGel is a silicone-gel breast implant family offered in different sizes and profiles. Implant selection also requires discussion of tissue, placement, complications and future surgery.
- Review the manufacturer-specific patient decision checklist.
- Discuss long-term monitoring and rupture evaluation.
- Compare augmentation, lift, combined surgery and no surgery.

Good to know.
Do I need my previous surgeon’s records?
They help; we can request them for you with your consent.
How soon after surgery can I be assessed?
Most results need a year to settle; earlier visits are welcome if something concerns you.
Questions worth bringing.
- What should an individual assessment clarify before I consider revision consultation?
- How will the surgeon assess my health, goals and suitability, including alternatives to surgery?
- Who provides anesthesia, where would surgery take place and how are complications and follow-up handled?
