THE DETAILS

How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.

Your solar assessment reviews usage, roof condition, shading and electrical capacity; production estimates, interconnection, incentives and financing are modeled for your actual site, and savings depend on your usage and utility rates.

Your project, step by step

  1. Before

We visit the site, measure, photograph and talk through what you want the work to do. You receive a written scope and a price range before anything is designed or ordered.

  2. During

A named project manager runs the schedule, handles permits and inspections and keeps you posted with photos at every milestone.

  3. After

We walk the finished work with you, hand over warranties and care notes and stay on call through the first season.

GENERATION + BACKUP

The solar-and-storage architecture

We compare an Enphase IQ8 and IQ Battery 5P approach with Tesla Powerwall 3’s integrated solar inverter. Compatibility, backup configuration and service access shape the choice.

  • Map shade and roof faces before selecting modules
  • Separate power output from stored energy capacity
  • Document critical loads and islanding equipment

HJT MODULES + LAYOUT

The beautiful roof array

REC Alpha Pure-RX is our heterojunction module reference for a carefully composed rooftop system. We compare layout, usable roof area and equipment specifications alongside the elevation.

  • Review setbacks and roof condition
  • Compare module layout with shade observations
  • Keep production assumptions visible and site-specific

Good to know.

How long does the work take?

It depends on scope. Your written proposal sets out the schedule for rooftop solar, and your project manager keeps it current from the first day on site to the final walkthrough.

Do you handle permits and engineering?

Yes. Whenever the work needs them, we prepare the drawings, pull the permits and coordinate engineering and inspections, and your schedule shows every sign-off.

What happens after the assessment?

Within a few days you receive a written scope, a price range and a proposed schedule. Nothing moves to contract until you approve the plan.

Questions worth bringing.

  • What should the site assessment and written scope establish for rooftop solar?
  • How do roof condition, shading, usage and utility interconnection affect the proposed design?
  • Which production assumptions, tariff terms, incentives, financing costs and battery limitations need independent verification?

Before you book.

Every project starts on site. You receive a written scope, a schedule and a price range before design begins, and nothing moves to contract until you approve it. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after your site assessment.

“Rooftop solar with a production estimate that turned out conservative. Permits, inspection and utility paperwork handled.”
