We handle AV, dietary needs and the schedule, and the farmhouse rooms turn a team day into an overnight. A venue conversation covers guest count, dates, accessibility, weather plans and supplier arrangements. Capacity, availability, permits, inclusions and contract terms are confirmed in writing before you sign.
