How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
We design in 3D on your site plan, show you the pool from your kitchen window and price it line by line before you sign. Our own crews shoot, tile and plaster, so a typical build runs ten to fourteen weeks from excavation to the first swim. A site assessment considers access, utilities, drainage, setbacks, local requirements and your priorities. We confirm engineering, permits, scope and a written quote before you sign.
- Freeform and geometric shapes
- Sloped or tight sites
- Sun shelves and spas
Your project, step by step
- Before
A site assessment where we measure, check access and setbacks and talk through how you will use the pool.
- During
A 3D concept, a fixed-price proposal, then excavation, steel, shotcrete, tile and plaster by our crews.
- After
Start-up and water balancing, an orientation on your equipment and a 30-day check.

The after-dark courtyard
We treat a concrete pool as an architectural composition: a restrained waterline, textured coping and an evening lighting plan that feels intentional from inside the house.

- Review Jandy HydroCool nicheless lighting placement
- Coordinate terrace glare, steps and landscape illumination

Good to know.
How long does construction take?
Ten to fourteen weeks on site for most pools, after a permit period of three to six weeks.
What is included in the price?
Excavation, steel, shotcrete, plumbing, equipment, tile, coping, plaster, start-up and the permit; the terrace and lighting are priced as named options.
Can you build on a sloped lot?
Yes. Raised beams, retaining walls and infinity edges are how we turn a slope into the best feature of the yard.
Questions worth bringing.
- How do soil conditions, access and excavation needs affect a custom concrete pool concept?
- Which structural design, shell specification, waterproofing and finish details will the proposal document?
- How are drainage, setbacks, utility relocation and landscape restoration addressed in the project scope?
Before you book.
Every project starts on site. You receive a written scope, a schedule and a price range before design begins, and nothing moves to contract until you approve it. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after your site assessment.
