LIGHT + MATERIAL

The after-dark courtyard

We treat a concrete pool as an architectural composition: a restrained waterline, textured coping and an evening lighting plan that feels intentional from inside the house.

A few things worth understanding before your next conversation with Stillwater Pools.

Researched developments, read for you by your RevNock editor.
THE DEVELOPMENT

The shallow end becomes the social center

Latham’s catalog includes tanning ledges and spillover spas alongside swimming forms.

Latham · Pool options and add-ons
WHAT THIS CHANGES

We draw the plan with actual seating and circulation, and ask whether lounging, laps or entertaining leads the brief.

THE DEVELOPMENT

Control becomes part of the handover

Pentair supports app-connected pump operation and additional equipment control on compatible configurations.

Pentair · IntelliFlo3 VSF
WHAT THIS CHANGES

We publish a plain-language controls walkthrough and quote the full equipment ecosystem together.

THE DEVELOPMENT

Water color is a material decision

PebbleTec explicitly notes that lighting, shade and surroundings affect the appearance of a finish.

PebbleTec · PebbleSheen finishes
WHAT THIS CHANGES

We offer a wet finish comparison and photograph the same pool at noon and dusk instead of promising an exact screen color.

Dusk by the water at Stillwater PoolsDESIGN EVENING

Dusk by the water

Twice each summer we light a finished pool at dusk and host twelve guests: illuminated water, outdoor textiles and three lighting scenes you can walk through before you choose your own.

Sunday, no plans at Stillwater PoolsTHE LONG WEEKEND

Sunday, no plans

Our favorite brief: a sun-shelf reading hour, a shaded lunch and nothing after. We design the shelf depth, the shade and the loungers for exactly that afternoon.

The equipment-pad tour

Our designer and our service lead walk the pad together on camera: valves, the variable-speed pump schedule, automation and the maintenance questions behind every finished photograph.

    Riley Brooks, campaign strategist

    Before

Casey Morgan, brand & print designer

    Before
The campaign brief had no image hierarchy or clear relationship between its artwork and message.

A report that connects activity to the business

    Avery Lane, revenue analyst

    Before
The reporting brief mixed lead counts, booked sales and collected cash into one headline number.
    After
Separated inquiry, booked, showed and won stages; laid out channel contribution, direct costs, cash receipts and margin as distinct measures.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A few things
you might be wondering.

Clear answers make a good beginning. Anything else: call or text (813) 555-0177.

How much does a pool cost?

Our concrete pools start at $42,000, and most complete projects, with terrace, equipment and lighting, land between $65,000 and $120,000. Your written proposal itemizes every line, so there are no allowances to decode.

How long does a pool take to build?

Permits typically take three to six weeks, and construction runs ten to fourteen weeks from the first day of excavation to a full, balanced pool. We confirm a dated schedule before you sign.

Do you handle permits and engineering?

Yes. Engineering, permit drawings, inspections and the final sign-off are all ours to manage.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Pool financing is available on approved credit with terms up to 15 years, and the proposal shows the cash price next to the monthly option.

Can you work on a small or sloped lot?

Yes. Plunge pools, lap pools and raised-beam designs are our answer to tight or sloped sites; the site assessment is where we work out access, drainage and setbacks.

What does the design retainer cover?

The design retainer covers the site survey, a 3D concept with two revisions and a fixed-price proposal; it is credited in full against your contract.
