How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
We carry shells from 20 to 40 feet, set them on a prepared base and finish the surround in three to five weeks on site. Fiberglass stays smooth underfoot, needs fewer chemicals and suits families who want to be swimming by the next holiday. A site assessment considers access, utilities, drainage, setbacks, local requirements and your priorities. We confirm engineering, permits, scope and a written quote before you sign.
- Faster timelines
- Low maintenance
- Family pools
Your project, step by step
- Before
A site assessment to confirm crane access and the shell shapes that fit your setbacks.
- During
Excavation, a compacted base, the shell craned in and levelled, then plumbing, backfill and the surround.
- After
Start-up, water balancing and a walkthrough of the equipment.
Know the names.
The makers, products and standards we reference when we talk about fiberglass pools.
The social sun shelf
We compare Latham fiberglass forms and integrated tanning ledges, and keep the spa a separate conversation. We begin with how the family gathers, then test the shape against the actual site.
- Map loungers, shaded seating and swim circulation
- Check access, setbacks, utilities and drainage
- Discuss automatic-cover compatibility before choosing the shape
Manufacturer and product names belong to their owners and link to official information. No affiliation or authorized-provider status is implied.
Good to know.
Fiberglass or concrete?
Fiberglass is faster and smoother; concrete is fully custom. We build both and advise honestly at the site assessment.
Can a crane reach my yard?
Most yards, yes; we confirm access and any fence or tree work at the site visit.
Questions worth bringing.
- Which shell shapes fit the measured site, setbacks and intended use of the pool?
- How will delivery access, lifting arrangements, excavation and groundwater conditions be assessed?
- What bedding, backfill, equipment, warranty and surrounding hardscape details are included?
Before you book.
Every project starts on site. You receive a written scope, a schedule and a price range before design begins, and nothing moves to contract until you approve it. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after your site assessment.
