How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
Our interior team guides you through every selection at the studio, with full-size material displays and a running budget on screen. Selections are complete before the agreement is signed, which is why our prices hold. Your project conversation covers land, intended use, budget range and design priorities. We verify feasibility, engineering, approvals, specifications and contract terms before you sign.

Know the names.
The makers, products and standards we reference when we talk about interior selections.
The exterior material edit
We set the deep lines of Hardie Artisan siding against a restrained exterior palette. A strong elevation depends on corners, trim, reveals and how materials meet.
- Review full-size finish pieces outside
- Resolve corners and window trim in drawings
- Specify drainage and attachment details with the assembly
Manufacturer and product names belong to their owners and link to official information. No affiliation or authorized-provider status is implied.
Good to know.
Is this included?
Yes, with every home and renovation we build; standalone sessions are available for projects we are not building.
What if I change my mind later?
Changes are priced transparently; selecting before construction keeps them rare.
Questions worth bringing.
- What should the site assessment and written scope establish for interior selections?
- How will site conditions, planning requirements and the design brief shape feasibility?
- Which specifications, allowances and change-approval steps will the building agreement document?
Before you book.
Every project starts on site. You receive a written scope, a schedule and a price range before design begins, and nothing moves to contract until you approve it. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after your site assessment.
