How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
We walk your lot, check soil, access, utilities and setbacks, and tell you plainly what it can hold before design begins. If you are still choosing land, we review candidate lots at no charge so you buy with the build in mind. Your project conversation covers land, intended use, budget range and design priorities. We verify feasibility, engineering, approvals, specifications and contract terms before you sign.

Good to know.
Can you review a lot before I buy it?
Yes, at no charge; we look at access, soil, utilities and setbacks and tell you what it means for cost.
Do you handle demolition of an existing home?
Yes. Demolition, permits and utility work are managed as part of the project.
Questions worth bringing.
- What should the site assessment and written scope establish for build on your lot?
- How will site conditions, planning requirements and the design brief shape feasibility?
- Which specifications, allowances and change-approval steps will the building agreement document?
Before you book.
Every project starts on site. You receive a written scope, a schedule and a price range before design begins, and nothing moves to contract until you approve it. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after your site assessment.
