THE RISE HOME ACCESS POINT OF VIEW

The upstairs bedroom. The garden steps. A home full of ordinary places worth keeping in reach. A thoughtful stairlift plan begins with the person, the transfer and the staircase—not a one-size-fits-all machine.

Get curious about the details. Understand what makes one approach different from another. And leave with a next step that feels like yours.

THE DEVELOPMENT

We show the approach and transfer sequence in consultations and drawings, so the quote reflects your actual route through the home.

THE DEVELOPMENT

Mobility equipment can respect the room

Stannah · Straight stairlift seat choices

Familiar rooms, favorite books and a family visit that ends upstairs. Every plan we write starts with keeping the whole home in use, not with the model number.

The family access conversation at Rise Home AccessPRIVATE APPOINTMENT

The family access conversation

We keep a private showroom hour for the person who will use the lift and the family they invite: transfers, controls and seating compared at your pace, with nobody else in the room.

Garden route, reconsidered at Rise Home AccessON THE FEED

Garden route, reconsidered

We map the journey from kitchen to garden on camera: the landings, the thresholds and the places to pause, then show the outdoor rail that makes the route an everyday one.

Keep an idea for later. Saved for this visit.

Homepage hierarchy and mobile booking path

    Jordan Lee, UX designer

    Before
The first screen mixed the explanation, offer and booking action into one dense block.
    After
Built a clearer headline, an explanatory comparison section and a single mobile booking action in Rise Home Access’ visual style.
  2. DeliveredOct 8 · 80 min · Newsletter

A newsletter people can use before they book

    Riley Brooks, campaign strategist

    Before
The email opening led with a generic promotion and gave every audience the same next step.
    After
Reworked the subject and opening, separated the educational section from the offer, and wrote one clear booking invitation for the selected audience.
  3. Awaiting reviewOct 9 · 90 min · Campaigns

Original campaign artwork, made for the channel

Casey Morgan, brand & print designer

    Before
The campaign brief had no image hierarchy or clear relationship between its artwork and message.
    After
Composed a headline, supporting image and booking panel; specified email and message crops with readable type at phone size.
  4. DeliveredOct 13 · 75 min · Reporting

A report that connects activity to the business

    Avery Lane, revenue analyst

    Before
The reporting brief mixed lead counts, booked sales and collected cash into one headline number.
    After
Separated inquiry, booked, showed and won stages; laid out channel contribution, direct costs, cash receipts and margin as distinct measures.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A few things
you might be wondering.

Clear answers make a good beginning. Anything else: call or text (813) 555-0136.

How do I get a quote?

Book a site assessment. We measure, photograph and talk through priorities on site, then send a written proposal with scope, selections, allowances and a schedule, usually within a week.

Do you handle permits and engineering?

Yes. We prepare drawings, engineering and permit applications, schedule inspections and close the permit at completion, so you never deal with the counter yourself.

How long does a project take?

Smaller installations are finished in a day or two; larger projects run from a few weeks to several months once permits are issued. Your proposal carries a dated schedule and a single point of contact.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Monthly payment plans are available on approved credit, and your proposal shows the cash price alongside the financed option so you can compare them side by side.

What does the design retainer cover?

The design retainer covers the site survey, concept drawings, selections and the written scope; it is credited in full against your contract when the project goes ahead.
