How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
We light the pool, the terrace and the planting as one scene and run it from your phone, with water features plumbed on their own pump so you choose sound without wasting energy. Most packages install in a day or two during a build or a renovation. A site assessment considers access, utilities, drainage, setbacks, local requirements and your priorities. We confirm engineering, permits, scope and a written quote before you sign.

Your project, step by step
- Before
A site assessment, or a design-visit add-on if we are already building.
- During
Low-voltage lighting, feature plumbing and controls installed by our electricians and crews.
- After
Scenes set on your phone and a night-time walkthrough.
Know the names.
The makers, products and standards we reference when we talk about lighting & water features.
The after-dark courtyard
We treat a concrete pool as an architectural composition: a restrained waterline, textured coping and an evening lighting plan that feels intentional from inside the house.

Good to know.
Can lighting be added to an older pool?
Yes. Nicheless LED lights retrofit most pools without draining.
Are water features noisy?
They are adjustable; we tune the flow for the sound you want at the terrace.
Questions worth bringing.
- What atmosphere, visibility and sound levels do I want the lighting or water feature to create?
- How will qualified trades address electrical requirements, placement and compatibility with pool equipment?
- What controls, service access, water use and maintenance requirements should I compare?
Before you book.
Every project starts on site. You receive a written scope, a schedule and a price range before design begins, and nothing moves to contract until you approve it. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after your site assessment.
