How it works.
What to expect, start to finish.
We drain and inspect the shell, then resurface with quartz or pebble finishes, replace tile and coping and upgrade the equipment to variable-speed, app-controlled systems. Most renovations take two to four weeks, and the pool is refilled, balanced and lit before we leave. A site assessment considers access, utilities, drainage, setbacks, local requirements and your priorities. We confirm engineering, permits, scope and a written quote before you sign.
- Rough or stained plaster
- Dated tile and coping
- Old equipment
Your project, step by step
- Before
A site assessment, with the pool drained if needed to inspect the shell and plumbing.
- During
Surface removal, repairs, new tile and coping, plaster and equipment, by our own crews.
- After
Refill, balancing, a start-up visit and a 30-day check.
Know the names.

A smarter equipment pad
We build the equipment conversation around the Pentair IntelliFlo3 VSF, flow requirements and app access. The best equipment upgrade also makes the daily routine easier to understand.
- Document pump, filter and heater compatibility
- Discuss scheduled circulation and water-feature demands
- Walk through homeowner controls and the service handoff
Manufacturer and product names belong to their owners and link to official information. No affiliation or authorized-provider status is implied.
Good to know.
How long does a renovation take?
Two to four weeks for most projects, depending on scope.
Can you find leaks?
Yes. Pressure testing and dye tests are part of the inspection, and repairs are priced before work begins.
What finishes do you offer?
Quartz, pebble and glass-bead finishes in a range of colors; swatches are at the showroom and come to the site visit.
Questions worth bringing.
- What inspection of the shell, plumbing, waterproofing and equipment is needed before setting a renovation scope?
- Which existing defects or hidden conditions could change the work once surfaces are removed?
- What is included in resurfacing, new fittings, equipment upgrades and reinstating the surrounding area?
Before you book.
Every project starts on site. You receive a written scope, a schedule and a price range before design begins, and nothing moves to contract until you approve it. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after your site assessment.
